Depending on individual circumstances, some users may take up to 200mg to obtain the maximum desired effect.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s important to understand your specific metabolism and personal reaction to ModaWell. So we recommend taking 100mg (half a tablet) on an empty stomach as early as possible. You should begin to notice the effects within 1 hour, with the main effects beginning to diminish after approximately 6 \u2013 8 hours.
